From registration to medals, in six steps

One person is enough to run Theorema in a school: the teacher or the department head. Everything happens from a dashboard.

Register my school

  1. Register your school

    A five-minute form: school, person in charge, number of students per contest, contest day for each group, payment by card or on invoice. Your teacher access arrives the same day.

  2. Add your students

    One by one or from a file. Each student receives an identifier and a code. No student email address is required. The parent consent form for publishing a name is provided. You can replace a student until the day before the contest and correct a name until results are published.

  3. Let them practise

    The preparatory test, practice contests and reasoning challenges are open. You follow each student’s progress and see who is dropping off.

  4. Check that your students are ready

    The week of April 5, your dashboard shows who is ready, student by student. Anyone who has done the preparatory test has already checked their device. No extra session to organize.

Step 5

Start the contest

On the day you chose, between April 12 and 16, you start the contest for your group with one button, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. You see live who has started, who has finished and how many answers were saved. A direct phone line is open all week.

  1. Get the results and celebrate

    April 30, scores and solutions. May 7, certificates to print and honour rolls. By May 21 at the latest, medals and plaques mailed to the school.

What the teacher sees

  • The list of their groups and students, with each student’s readiness
  • Preparatory-test results, question by question
  • Contest day: who has started, who has finished, who has a problem
  • After the contest: the class report and the school champions
  • A “student preview” mode to see the preparatory test and the sample contest as their students do
  • The status of their support requests, with a ticket number and a stated response time
  • A button to limit their group to Theorema preparation, if they wish

What the student sees

Their Theorema preparation, their results, and the logic and reasoning challenges on the Mindlympics platform that they can do freely. Practice does not close after the contest: access stays open until the end of the school year, and registration for next year’s contest does not depend on it.

Student data. Theorema collects the student’s first name, last name, grade and school, nothing more. Data is hosted in Canada. The full privacy policy and the parent consent form are provided at registration.
